Notice of Public Consultation for a Residential Development on Feakle Road, Ballyminoge, Scarriff, Co. Clare
Clare County Council has appointed a design team to develop a residential scheme comprising of 18 units on council owned lands at Ballyminoge, Scarriff, Co. Clare.
The design team is headed up by Hassett, Leyden & Flynn along with Don O’ Malley & Partners and Tom McNamara & Partners. An open public consultation event with members of the design team will take place on Wednesday 10th November 2021 between 6:00pm and 8:00pm at the Scarriff Public Library, Mountshannon Road, Scarriff, Co. Clare, V94 NY33. This is a drop in consultation event to gather observations on the proposed design as well as local information in relation to issues relevant to this site.
This open event will provide opportunity for interested stakeholder groups and individuals to share their views. The session will provide informal opportunities to engage with members of the team to offer input and comments. Submissions will be accepted on the day. In compliance with current HSE guidelines, the number of people attending the venue at any one time may be restricted. Please comply with public health advice.
